Rafting is one of the best adventure in Colorado
If you want me to choose the best adventure I can do in Colorado, I can pick rafting.
I enjoyed rafting for the first time on my sixth visit to Colorado, and I still can’t forget the flow and thrill of the strong river. In our team, a total of six people, including Mike, the captain, four of our group members, and one of our captain’s little brother, experienced the intermediate course of Clear Creek Rafting.

I looked into several places when choosing a rafting company, but the company(Clear Creek Rafting company) I chose was the best in terms of price because wetsuits and Photos are all free except booties. Rental fee of booties is 3dollars.
- Complementary wetsuits and splash jackets are provided for all trips
- Complementary Photos
Other rafting companies put very high prices on photos and clothes. When selecting a rafting company, you should compare it and choose it well.
Unforgettable experiences
Before we started rafting, we took a bus to the starting point of rafting and received safety training. The safety education was conducted for about 15 minutes, and then I learned how to row and raft as the captain commands.
Because it was an intermediated course, I vaguely thought that the current would be very strong, but I was also happy and nervous about the stronger waves than I thought while I floated the boat down the river.
As soon as I started, I fell into the river, lifting the front part of the boat in the incoming wave, but fortunately I grabbed the handle by the side of the boat and one of my colleagues on the boat pulled me up as we had safety training.
The reason why you don’t have to worry about falling into the water is that a safety guard at the front of the boat continues to watch for safety accidents as he goes down in a kayak. If you fall into the river and can’t ride the boat again, a rescue worker will pick you up if you are on the riverside on the left or right.
No other accident occurred except that I fell into the river once, and we succeeded in intermediated rafting. In fact, I was the only one who fell into the river among the people in the four boats.
Below are the pictures our team took while rafting. Of course, those are free photos. Our team received a total of 36 photos for free.
